* Your order will be dispatched 1 to 2 business days after your purchase.You’ll receive an email to let you know when we have dispatched your order.

* Within Kingston Ontario Canada: Free delivery on order over $30, otherwise Pick-up is available.

* Plants are currently only for sale within the Kingston area.

* Within Canada: Free shipping on order over $58(before tax, including $58). Otherwise shipping fee is $10.

* We offer Canada Post Regular Parcel within Canada, which usually takes around 3-6 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.

* For small items, we can use Letter-mail(without tracking number)to reduce costs if you need, feel free to let me know.

* We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address,please make sure your address is correct before ordering.

* Sometime, things can go wrong with shipping and this is out of our control, if your order hasn’t arrived in the time frame given then please get in touch ,we will do our very best to sort it out for you.
